Refund/ Re-issue Policy:

Flight

  • KB Travels follows airline’s cancellation and re-issue policy.
  • To cancel/ re-issue, customer must confirm KB Travels 48 hours prior to the travel date.
  • To cancel/ re-issue, customer needs to send an email to reservation.kbtravels@gmail.com attaching the e-ticket and briefly mentioning the requirements.
  • Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change.
  • Cancellation fee is shared by the Airlines and may get changed at any time.
  • Service charge is only BDT 300 for International flight and BDT 100 for Domestic flight.
  • For Domestic Flight, refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may collect from our office or your payment gateway service within 3 to 7 working days depending on bank and airline policy. For International Flight, it may take up to 3 weeks or can take more time to process the refund depending on the airline ,bank and payment gateway service.

Hotel

  • KB Travels follows property’s cancellation policy.
  • To Cancel a booking, customer must contact our office and confirm the cancellation.
  • Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
  • Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount collect from our office or your payment gateway service within 3 to 7 working days or can take more time depending on bank ,your payment gateway service and Agoda policy.

Tour

  • KB Travels follows tour operator’s cancellation policy.
  • To Cancel, customer must contact our office and confirm the cancellation.
  • Please check the given policy under each tour before booking.
  • Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount collect from our office or your payment gateway service within 3 to 7 working days depending on bank and payment gateway service.

Meet & Assist

 

 Arrival service :

  • Receiving guest just after Immigration and see off at the Car/Coach.
  • Receiving the Guest from the Boarding Bridge and transfer to Car/coach.
  • Receiving the Guest from the Boarding Bridge, Assist in VOA (Visa On Arrival) and transfer to Car/Coach.
  • Meet and assist payment is non-refundable.
 

Departure service:

  • Receive from Car/Coach at Airport Entrance up to Immigration with use of our Lounge including refreshment-
  • Receive from Car/Coach at Airport Entrance up to Boarding Gate and usages of Lounge-
  • Meet and assist payment is non-refundable.
